I think including race results here as well as the Facebook group is really nice as long as that isn't too much extra work for you, Matt! It is easier to keep track of them on here and, to Jaclyn's point, nice for those who aren't on social media. Perhaps we could also use this forum for more in-depth topics/discussions within the team?
I'm not on social media so I definitely appreciate it to hear about people's accomplishments and MDRC updates! I only recently discovered it though and figured out how to follow and get updates. I would use it but also understand I'm in the minority and don't want to create more work for you. I do love the post-race updates though!
I think the Forum could be good if you clearly define what it's for and how it should be used, and if you differentiate it from your Facebook Group. Perhaps the Facebook Group would just be for you to share information out to MDRC members and the Forum would be for MDRC members to interact with each other? But that would be hard to enforce as most people are very used to using Facebook to interact... Perhaps this Forum is not needed/redundant?
